The Third Angel's Message: Take Your Stand On The Right Side

The Third Angel's Message of Revelation 14 is the last message of mercy that is ever to be given to our world. 

God's messengers, empowered with the Holy Spirit will proclaim the Lord's solemn and sacred message of warning to all the world.

To everyone will be given the last call to the marriage supper of the Lamb.

The warfare against God's Law will continue until the end of time. Every human being will be tested. 

All will be called to choose between the Law of God and the laws of people.

There will be but two classes. Everyone will take a stand. 

Thus all will show whether they have chosen the side of loyalty to God or of rebellion.

We are nearing the time of Christ second advent. It is when He will take His ransomed ones to their eternal home. 

Then the end will come.

God will vindicate His Law and deliver His people. I dare not keep silent longer, lest the blood of your souls be found in my garments.

For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: 

and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. Malachi 4:1.

Satan is the root, and his followers are the branches. This is not an act of arbitrary power on the part of God. 

He is the source of life. When one chooses the service of sin, he or she separates from God, and thus cut themselves off from life.

The first and second messages were given in 1843 and 1844

And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people;

Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: 

and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, 

because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Revelation 14:6-8.

The ministration of Christ in the most holy place began at the termination of the 2300 prophetic days in 1844. 

To this time applies the following verse:

The temple of God was opened in Heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament. Revelation 11:19.

The ark of God's testament is in the second compartment of the Heavenly Sanctuary.

The seekers for truth found the fourth commandment

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work; but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God: 

in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy man-servant, nor thy maid-servant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:

for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day; 

wherefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:8-11. 

Thus as Christ had opened the door, or ministration, of the most holy place the fourth commandment was shown to be included in the law within the ark.

Behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it. Revelation 3:8.

This is the light that was shining from that open door of the Sanctuary in Heaven. 

Thus the truths brought to view in the third angel's message, under the proclamation we are now were:

• the mediation of Christ in most Holy Place

• eternity of the moral law.

The Third Angels Message is the message for this time

The angel declares: Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Revelation 14:12.

This statement is preceded by a solemn and fearful warning:

And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand;

he same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; 

and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.

And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: 

and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name. Revelation 14:9-11.

Changing the day of rest from the seventh to the first day

The pope has trampled underfoot God's sanctified day. On his own authority he put in its place one of the six laboring days. 

The whole world has followed after the beast. Thus every week they rob God of His holy time. 

The pope has made a breach in the holy law of God.

Thus the pope has exalted himself above God, in seeking to change His immutable precepts of holiness, justice, and goodness.

Soon the inhabitants of the world are to be arraigned before the judgment seat of God, to answer for the deeds done in the body.

Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: 

for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand. Joel 2:1.

The true gospel of the Son of God must be lifted from the obscurity of men's traditions and errors. 

The commandment of God that has been almost universally made void, is the testing truth for this time.

Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; 

that keepeth the Sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil. Isaiah 56:2.

The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people forever

And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God. Ezekiel 20:20.

Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them. Ezekiel 20:12.

It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. Exodus 31:17.

The time is coming when all those who worship God will be distinguished by this sign. 

They will be known as the servants of God, by this mark of their allegiance to Heaven.

How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. 

And the people answered him not a word. 1 Kings 18:21.

The seal of God's law is found in the fourth commandment

Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples. Isaiah 8:16.

This commandment only, brings to view both the name and the title of the Lawgiver. It declares Him to be the Creator of the heavens and the earth.

The seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God;...for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day; 

wherefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exodus 20:10-11.

Thus shows His claim to reverence and worship above all others. 

Aside from this precept, there is nothing in the Decalogue to show by whose authority the law is given. 

When the Sabbath was changed by the papal power, the seal was taken from the law.

The disciples of Jesus are called upon to restore it, by exalting the Sabbath of the fourth commandment to its rightful position as the Creator's memorial and the sign of His authority.

To the law and to the testimony. The law of God is the one unerring standard to which all opinions, doctrines, and theories are to be brought. 

If they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. Isaiah 8:20.

The truth of God will not turn into a lie

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. 2 Timothy 2:19.

The faith and feelings of men may change. The truth of God will never change. The third angel's message is infallible.

It is the last message of warning and mercy to go to every nation and kindred and tongue, Revelation 14:6-14; 

to take out of them a people for His name, Acts 15:14. And the earth shall be lightened with His glory. Revelation 18:1.

Thus the last message of warning and mercy will lighten the whole earth with its glory. It is to reach all classes of humanity.

Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. Luke 14:23.

Rejecting the warnings which God in mercy sends

A message was sent from Heaven to the world in Noah's day. Their salvation depended upon the manner in which they treated that message.

Because they rejected the warning, the Spirit of God was withdrawn from the sinful race. Thus they perished in the waters of the flood.

In the time of Abraham, mercy ceased to plead with the guilty inhabitants of Sodom, and all but Lot with his wife and two daughters were consumed by the fire sent down from heaven.

So in the days of Christ. The Son of God declared to the unbelieving Jews of that generation:

Your house is left unto you desolate. Matthew 23:38.

In the last days, God declares to those who received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved:

For this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie; 

that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12.

God withdraws His Spirit, as they reject the teachings of His Word and leaves them to the deceptions which they love.

Conclusion

God is holding back His judgments. He is waiting for The Third Angel's Message of warning to be proclaimed to all.

Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets. Amos 3:7.

The Satan's deception is that mercy destroyed justice and the death of Christ abrogated the Father's law. 

Had it been possible for the law to be changed or abrogated, then Christ need not have died.

The last great deception that Satan will bring upon the world is that the Law of God is faulty. Moreover, that some specification has been set aside. 

Thus he needs not to attack the whole law. If he can lead people to disregard one precept, his purpose is gained.

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. James 2:10.

By substituting human law for God's law, Satan will seek to control the world. This work is foretold in prophecy. 

Of the great apostate power which is the representative of Satan, it is declared:

He shall speak great words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and think to change times and laws: 

and they shall be given into his hand. Daniel 7:25.

All of the above tend to bear a message of warning that is to test the world and prepare a people for the great day of the Lord.

There are many who have not yet heard the testing truths for this time.
